CONTRAST PM PLUS PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS

To archive maximum results, be sure to follow the instruction carefully for the treatment plan you select. Each syringe should provide enough gel for at least two dual arch whitening sessions.

The Contrast PM Plus 15% whitening gel can be worn in the trays overnight while you sleep, or during the day for up to four hours.

The Contrast PM Plus whitening process

·         Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing regularly

·         Apply one continuous stream of gel mid-level across the inside front of the custom fitted whitening trays

·         Place the trays in your mouth, as instructed by your dentists. Once the trays are well seated, remove any excess gel with your finger or a dry toothbrush. You may rinse gently for about five seconds, if you wish.

·         After each session, remove the trays from your mouth, rinse and brush excess gel from teeth. Rinse the trays with cold water using a toothbrush to remove any residual gel. Store trays in their case in a cool, dry place.

If discomfort from more than mild tooth or gum sensitivity develops, discontinue the treatment and consult your dentist.

If your treatment is interrupted for any reason, follow the steps listed above when you resume treatment.
