Postage and packing is always FREE for ALL orders over 50.00 Euros.

Order Status:

All goods are shipped within 24 working hours. The reason we do not ship immediately is to undertake fraud and security checks for our clients own protection. NOTE: We are unable track packages once they have been dispatched from our facilities.

How long do orders take to process?

All orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day from the time your order is processed (holidays and weekends are not counted as business days).

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery times depend on product availability and the speed of the postal service. Standard delivery is usually 5-9 working days. Orders are dispatched by regular mail.

What is the email response time?

It is our goal to respond to any customer service inquiries within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).

What are the shipping limits?

We can only dispatch to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.

There is a re-shipment charge if customers fail to receive and sign for orders due to own mistakes (out of the country, not calling for item within time, invalid address)

We do not deliver outside EU and deliveries are not guaranteed to Italy and Spain.
