Crest Whitestrips Supreme should be worn on your upper and lower teeth twice a day for 30 minutes.
For best results, keep your teeth dry before applying strips.


  Find zig zag slit at end of strip.
  Use slit to separate strip front liner.





  Place gel side of each strip on front teeth.
  align with gumline and press gently for good contact.





 Fold the rest of each strip behind teeth
  to keep in place.





 Wear strips 30 minutes per session
 then gargle after.
